06/01/2019 – Adelynrood Community Picnic and Open House

Please join us for our Annual Community Picnic and Open House at Adelynrood Retreat and Conference Center located at 46 Elm Street, Byfield MA. Be our guest and enjoy 17 acres of walking trails, stroll through our gardens, walk on our labyrinth and tour our historic 104-year-old retreat house.  Bring your family and dine on our lawns, sit at our picnic table or pull up a chair up in the dining room.  View our art or take a ride on one of our golf carts.  Find a gift from one of our artisan vendors. Our chef is preparing a wonderful complimentary meal and the Byfield Fire Dept will have a truck on site, along with art activities for your children. . Adelynrood is owned and operated by the Society for the Companions of the Holy Cross.  During the summer season, we open our doors to all who are looking for a place of peace to relax and re-energize.  Although the large house is closed in the winter, we still offer conference rooms to local businesses, church groups, and non-profit organizations.  Hope we see you on Saturday.  It's a great event and a wonderful way to spend a day.  Groups of 4 or more, please call to reserve your spot.  978-462-1589 x31
